By accessing or using any service, platform, or product operated by Makini Datalabs Ltd ("Makini", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Makini Datalabs provides data engineering, analytics, and data intelligence products including but not limited to Rekodipesa, DataSense, and FlowPipe. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take data handling seriously — it is the core of our business.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makini Datalabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makini Datalabs, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
